We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a pediatric faculty urologist to join our expanding program at a highly regarded, academically affiliated hospital in Tennessee! You will collaborate with the Director of Pediatric Urology and a team of six full-time adult urologists. Our institution is nationally acknowledged for its dedication to clinical excellence, education, and research. The new urologist will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that emphasizes innovation, mentorship, and exceptional patient care. Additionally, you will play a vital role in our academic mission by training and educating future urologists.

• Join the Director of Pediatric Urology, six adult urology providers, and an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• This role focuses exclusively on pediatric urology, encompassing a wide range of pediatric cases.
• The practice is equipped with two XI robots and one SP robot.
• Typically, the schedule includes two clinic days, two operating room days, and one flexible day.
• The incoming physician will engage in teaching urology residents and hold an appointment in pediatrics, with additional research opportunities available.
• On-call responsibilities are 1:8, with the incoming urologist only covering pediatric calls.
• The program supports the education of two urology residents annually, who rotate on the service for six months. Collaboration with adult fellowship-trained urologists is available in oncology, endourology, reconstructive and prosthetic male urology, and female urology.
• Malpractice insurance and a Continuing Medical Education (CME) stipend are provided.
