We are actively seeking a qualified Facilities Electrician to join our team.Primary Objective: Safe and timely performance of any electrical tasks; assisting Superintendent/Project Manager with any other tasks assigned.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, organized service vanRestock materials in service van on a routine basisComply with current NEC StandardsOrganize, plan and prioritize workloadClear, concise communication with all parties involved with the construction projectMaintain daily logs, along with records of time and materials utilized on each projectAbility to perform job walks and assist with estimating and plan take offsUtilization of company computer tracking software for attendance, timecard entry and change order trackingSupervise and expedite material ordersReview plans, specifications and notesProvide Supervisor with accurate start and completion timelinesResolve conflicts and negotiate well with othersComplete other responsibilities as assignedGoals to Measure Performance:Integrate Core Values: Respect, Teamwork, SafetyDemonstrate proficiency and understanding of current NEC StandardsPerform with a strong sense of urgency and follow throughAdhere to project schedules and estimated budgets resulting in on-time project completion and project profitabilityMonitor and follow all safety policies and proceduresCreate an environment where "safety first" is the culture and all trades people work with an incident and injury free attitudeExhibit positive project team attitudeEffectively communicate with clients, vendors and co-workersImprove professional growth and industry knowledgeEducation, Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years journeyman electrician experience requiredExperienced in working within occupied environments and high rise, or multi-tenant buildingsOSHA 10 Certification preferredMust have AZ Driver's License and clean MVRCompensation:Medical, Dental, Vision eligibility after 60 daysJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $26.00 to $32.00 /hour
