About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Early Clinical Development in Radiopharmaceutical Therapies. This key leadership role is pivotal in bridging the gap between research, discovery, and clinical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical strategy and medical oversight of the company's portfolio of next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies, with a focus on the First-in-Human journey. This includes transforming preclinical discoveries into robust, data-driven clinical programs that demonstrate early safety, biological activity, and therapeutic potential. The role also involves providing medical direction, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with oncology leaders to develop combination strategies. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (MD or PhD) with a specialization in oncology, nuclear medicine, or a related field, and at least 12 years of drug development experience, particularly in designing early-phase clinical protocols for radiopharmaceutical therapies. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should possess a strong background in clinical development, with a proven track record in leading clinical and cross-functional teams within a biotech environment. Expertise in First-in-Human design, theranostic strategy, advanced dosimetry knowledge, and radiotoxicity management is essential. The role requires a deep commitment to patient needs, a passion for developing novel therapeutics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements. A solid understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines, and the ability to function in a highly regulated environment, are also necessary.
