We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Madison, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles high-volume interactions professionally, and takes pride in delivering accurate service. The person in this role will assist callers, process information efficiently, and help ensure a positive experience across each customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on questions, provide updates, or gather missing information.
• Enter orders and service-related details accurately into internal systems while maintaining data quality.
• Resolve routine customer concerns by identifying needs, explaining next steps, and providing timely support.
• Document call activity, customer interactions, and outcomes thoroughly to maintain complete records.
• Manage a steady call volume while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and service quality expectations.
• Coordinate with internal team members when issues require additional review or escalation.
• Support operational updates or process changes as assigned, including adjustments to workflows and system-related tasks.• Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Experience entering orders or processing customer information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven commitment to delivering courteous, responsive, and detail-focused customer support.
• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple applications during customer interactions.
