Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lewiston, Maine. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency care in a dynamic environment within a comprehensive emergency center. The Registered Nurse will assess patients, administer treatments, provide patient education, and document care actions throughout their stay.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of experience in the emergency department setting, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, at least 1 year of prior critical care nursing experience, willingness and ability to perform charge nurse and preceptor roles if needed, must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, candidate must not be a previous employee of the organization, and candidates with hits/actions on license or background will not be accepted. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
• Additional Information: Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered. The organization reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract. Local travelers will receive a $10 per hour lower local rate.
