Director of Physical Therapy Position Details Location: Front Royal, VA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 per year Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary An outpatient physical therapy office in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical operations and patient care services. This role calls for a licensed Physical Therapist who can manage treatment quality, support staff, and keep daily clinic systems running smoothly. The Director of Physical Therapy will work directly with patients while also overseeing the clinical team and helping maintain consistent standards across evaluations, treatment plans, documentation, and discharge planning.
