Red Stone Inn, a well-established hotel located in the center of Moab, Utah, is currently hiring a dependable and guest-oriented Full-Time Guest Services Associate to join our front office team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, excels in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will represent Red Stone Inn at the front desk and play a key role in shaping each guest's stay. You'll ensure a smooth arrival and departure process while providing helpful, professional service throughout their visit.

Primary duties include:

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out activities
• Answer phone calls and assist with booking and reservation needs
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, courteous manner
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• Process guest payments and handle cash with accuracy
• Keep the front desk workspace clean, organized, and professional
• Complete shift paperwork, reports, and daily checklists

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.

Schedule:

• Morning or evening shifts available
• 4 days on / 4 days off schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
