Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create bespoke treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
