What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient cardiology care approximately 3 days per week, managing a varied patient caseload
• Supervise stress tests, approximately 1 day per week
• Conduct inpatient consults and support stress lab activities
• Participate in hospital consult services and respond to on-call needs as required
• Support nuclear stress test readings as needed (not mandatory)
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation

What You Need

• Valid NY medical license
• Board certification in Cardiology
• Experience reading cardiac imaging and supervising stress tests preferred
• Epic EMR experience
• AHA or RQI certifications
• A strong work history with no significant gaps of 30+ days
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

The provider will be responsible for outpatient clinic duties, inpatient consults, and supervising stress tests, contributing to comprehensive cardiac care in a rural NY setting.
