Position Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You: Design and implement personalized therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Adapt interventions to meet individual patient needs across diverse settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $40.00 – $50.00 /hr.
