Overview Part‑Time Coordinator, Enterprise and Procurement Services MondaythroughFriday, 10:00a.m.to3:00p.m. (unpaid lunch 12:00p.m.to1:00p.m.; occasional flexibility for events) – remote‑first, California required. Hourly pay: $26.00 – $27.00, based on experience and internal equity. Responsibilities Provide operational, administrative, and project support to the Executive Vice President and affiliated Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing teams. Schedule and coordinate virtual and/or in‑person department meetings and events. Maintain data entry and records in Salesforce and other departmental databases. Support administrative workflows related to department contracts. Build and maintain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to advance departmental goals. Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Technologically fluent; experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/database system preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other collaborative technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
