Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using both standardized tools and personalized interviews to identify client needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, designed to address a range of behavioral and emotional issues.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met effectively.

  • Coordinate with external resources and services to assist clients in accessing community support, ensuring continuity of care and improving their overall well-being.

  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, compliant with both regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily focus on adults navigating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and substance abuse. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients is crucial. You will be expected to consider their psychosocial influences, family dynamics, and any available community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and best practices.

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Possession of an active Pennsylvania State License as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

  • Ability to collaboratively work within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and shared goals.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that enhance your ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
