Dental Assistant (Reading, PA) - $18–$24 per hour

American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in Reading, PA  area. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified)
• Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
• Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation
• Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow

Qualifications:

• PA Registered Dental Assistant ( required )
• 1+ years  of experience as a Dental Assistant
• X-ray certification ( required )
• Familiarity with Dentrix ( preferred but not a requirement )
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Compensation:

• $18–$24 per hour
• Monthly performance bonuses
