Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial estimates while monitoring performance against prior year results and recent estimates.
• Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable plans to close performance gaps and improve business outcomes.
• Conduct financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business case evaluations to support product innovation, strategic initiatives, and other growth opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide insights, reporting, and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and presentations for Finance leadership and business partners.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects across business units and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Prior experience working within CPGs industry required
