- Represent PAI across Global Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Partner Systems, and other key stakeholders, influencing cross-functional decisions and building alignment that advances program priorities.
- Drive business development impact by identifying how PAI mechanisms can unlock new partner engagement models, accelerate co-sell motions, and expand program reach to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted partner‑facing point of contact for PAI program matters, translating partner feedback into program improvements and ensuring the partner voice is reflected in how mechanisms are designed, launched, and refined.
