Asset Manager - Referred Matters - Midland

As an Asset Manager within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint. As an Asset Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities including: Responsible for forwarding all required documentation and key loan details to the designated Special Servicer to initiate the review and processing of a borrower request. Collaborate closely with Special Servicers to provide context, share due diligence materials, and ensure a consistent understanding of the loan’s status and risks. Monitor assigned mailboxes for each Special Servicer. Responsible for timely updating #J-18808-Ljbffr PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
