Description:
The CNA provides basic activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists with data collection under the direction of the RN.
The CNA assists with inpatient care throughout nursing areas.
The CNA is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher.
Appropriate documentation of services is required.
The CNA provides observation services for any patient assessed to require constant supervision to ensure safety.
The CNA assists with general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate the efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
The unit has a size of 34 beds, including a psych bed.
