Job Type Full-time, Temporary Description Temporary Summer Leasing Consultant - Upcoming Takeover Opportunity! Hilltop Residential is looking to add a Summer Leasing Consultant to our Team ! Do you enjoy providing great customer service and want to learn more about Property Management? We may have an opportunity for you! This position would start around July 1st and employment would end around Labor Day (early September.) A few responsibilities of our Leasing Consultants: Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention. Complete all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results. Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
