Leading strategic partner relationships, the full-time remote Software Alliances Director will drive business development and revenue growth for Workday Wellness by executing joint go-to-market plans and fostering trust with partners. Key responsibilities: Manage complex partner relationships to deliver substantial revenue growth Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with business leaders Advocate for Wellness partners within the organization and ensure their success Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software as a service companies 5+ years of partner account management experience with large and complex deals 5+ years of experience in the US healthcare, financial services, or insurance industries Proven ability to engage with executives and facilitate business development Strong background in software and ERP sales
