RN – Oncology (Float Traveler)

Contract | 3x12 Day/Night Rotating Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Float across multiple oncology units including Medical Oncology, Research Oncology, Palliative Care, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), and general Oncology floors
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to oncology and hematology populations
• Adapt quickly to varying unit environments, patient acuity levels, and interdisciplinary team structures
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams to support individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and assess patients undergoing complex oncology treatments including chemotherapy and palliative interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Prior oncology nursing experience required
• Ability to float across multiple oncology and specialty units
• Flexibility to work day and night rotating shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Palliative Care settings
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
• Prior travel nursing experience in an academic or large hospital setting
• Familiarity with research oncology or clinical trial patient populations
