This position offers the opportunity to focus your expertise within either an elementary or high school setting, partnering closely with dedicated educational teams to promote positive student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Current ESA certification in School Psychology in the state of Washington.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a school psychologist or in a comparable role within a public school.
• Successful completion of a fingerprint background check.
• Strong understanding of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Assessment and Intervention Plans (AIPs), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), ABA, and Discrete Trial Training.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary assessment coordinator, conducting 50-60 comprehensive evaluations each academic year.
• Manage a steady caseload within a single assigned building or campus—no switching between elementary and high school or frequent building changes.
• Prepare professional, detailed psychological reports for the special education team.
• Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention and instructional strategies tailored for student success.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning and well-being.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
