Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Senior Primary Care (Outpatient)

Location: Florissant, MO 63033

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or call)

Salary: $125,000–$150,000/year (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new senior-focused outpatient clinic in Florissant, MO. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours, small patient panels, and 45-minute appointments that prioritize patient relationships and provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 65+
Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
Manage non-complex acute and chronic conditions
Focus on prevention, wellness, and reducing ER visits
Utilize modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) – training provided

Required:

Active or in-process Arizona FNP license
1+ year of NP experience
Background in geriatrics, family, or internal medicine
BLS or ACLS certification
Passion for senior care and value-based medicine
Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care highly preferred
