We are seeking a Senior PLM Developer with strong AI/GenAI experience to design and build intelligent workflows for PLM applications in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on automation, integration, and AI-driven optimization of engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven agents and workflows for PLM systems
• Automate processes such as Parts Classification, Parts Approvals, and CAD/PLM integrations
• Work with Siemens Teamcenter and related enterprise systems
• Build and deploy GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for workflow automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and manufacturing
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong experience with PLM platforms (preferably Siemens Teamcenter)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI-based development
• Experience in manufacturing/PLM workflow automation
• Knowledge of CAD/PLM integrations
• Strong programming skills (Python, APIs, backend systems)
• Understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, or automation frameworks
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing initiatives preferred
