Centri is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer journey campaigns, and content-led demand creation. This role is ideal for a marketer who is equal parts creative and analytical, combining strong marketing fundamentals with curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI.

About the Role

This hands-on manager-level role will develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing, growth, service line leaders, and subject matter experts to create the right content for the right audience, at the right stage of the customer journey.

This role will help Centri turn expertise into demand, content into qualified engagement, and marketing into measurable business impact. The Growth Marketing Manager will play an important role in how prospective clients discover, understand, and choose Centri.

What You'll Do

Drive Lead Generation

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, content, social, webinars, events, paid channels, and digital programs.
• Build campaigns that support awareness, engagement, conversion, and nurture.
• Partner with growth and practice leaders to align campaigns to business priorities.

Build Customer Journey Campaigns

• Create segmented campaigns that deliver relevant messaging to priority audiences.
• Develop nurture programs that move prospects through the buyer journey.
• Improve customer experience from first touch through opportunity creation.

Create Content That Performs

• Translate complex topics into clear, compelling content that educates and drives action.
• Develop campaign themes, email copy, landing page content, thought leadership, and digital assets.
• Maintain Centri's brand voice while keeping content focused on client needs and business outcomes.

Use AI to Scale Marketing Impact

• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign development, audience research, and marketing execution.
• Apply AI to improve personalization, journey orchestration, segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and marketing impact.
• Blend AI-generated insights with human creativity, judgment, and Centri's brand standards.

Measure, Optimize, and Improve

• Track campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
• Use data to recommend improvements to messaging, channels, content, and journeys.
• Bring a test-and-learn mindset to campaign planning and execution.

Leverage Marketing Technology

• Use HubSpot and related tools to build, automate, and report on campaigns.
• Support segmentation, workflow improvements, lead management, and data quality.
• Help strengthen the connection between marketing activity and measurable business impact.

Elevate Key Brand Moments

• Support content and messaging for key initiatives, including the Centri Capital Conference
• Develop content that attracts the right audience and enhances the overall experience
• Extend impact through post-event content and follow-up engagement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
• Proven ability to create campaigns that generate leads and support pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and campaign reporting.
• Experience creating content for demand generation, audience engagement, and conversion.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content development, campaign execution, reporting, or customer engagement.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, campaign metrics, and performance insights.
• Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, marketing automation, or similar tools required.
• Strong writing, design, project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
