Optical Sales Associate

Summary The Optical Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations to build lasting client relationships and drive sales. The role requires deep product and brand knowledge, meeting daily and monthly sales targets, and supporting omnichannel customer experiences. Associates also assist with minor adjustments and help maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations. Maintain up-to-date product, warranty, and optical add-on knowledge. Build and follow up with client relationships to drive repeat business. Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Perform minor adjustments and basic repairs to eyewear. Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. Provide seamless omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms. Adhere to brand policies and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship ability. Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred: experience operating a POS system and prior luxury sales or eyewear experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
