Whether you're taking a resident to an appointment, supporting a community outing, or sharing a friendly conversation, you'll help residents stay connected to the people, places, and experiences they love.If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service, and being part of a team that believes in doing for each other with love, we'd love to welcome you to Elmore Place.What You'll DoSafely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and special events.Deliver legendary hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience for every resident and guest.Assist residents as they enter and exit the vehicle with patience, kindness, and professionalism.Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and help keep community vehicles clean and well maintained.Partner with the Maintenance team during slower periods by assisting with general maintenance and community projects.Be a positive ambassador for Senior Star and help create a top in class experience for residents and families every day.What We're Looking ForA safe driving record.DOT certification (or the ability to obtain).No CDL required.Ability to pass a drug screening.A friendly, dependable, and service-minded attitude.Someone who enjoys working with older adults and building meaningful relationships.A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the community.Why Senior Star?At Senior Star, every role makes a difference.
