In this role, you will be responsible for project ownership and programming, but also set-up and operation of 5-axis CNC machines as needed./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliRead and interpret technical blueprints and design models./liliProgram, set up, and operate CNC multi-axis milling and turning machines./liliDesign, spec out, and implement various work holding and fixture methods./liliTroubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process./liliPerform quality control checks during and at the completion of the manufacturing process./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulli5+ years of experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Esprit or hyperMill (willing to train)./lili5+ years of experience as a machine setup/operator./liliClear understanding of G and M code./liliHigh level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining./liliExperience with 5-axis milling, live tooling lathes, mill-turns, and/or multi-task machines./liliExperience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Brother controls./liliHigh level of familiarity with various alloys, metals, and plastics./liliHigh level of tooling and fixture experience./liliHigh level of GDT knowledge./liliAbility to take ownership of the entire manufacturing process from start to finish./liliAbility to adapt between RD and short production./liliAbility to multi-task./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted./liliU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliEsprit or hyperMill CAM experience./liliExperience with 5-axis simultaneous programming./liliExperience with Siemens NX CAD (Teamcenter)./li/ulpUS Hourly Range $54 - $71 USD/ppThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
