Insurance Agent Trainee

Location Beaumont, Texas Role Overview Full‑time Life Insurance Sales Agent. Assigned an existing book of business and territory to manage customer relationships, collect monthly premiums, and generate new sales. New, unlicensed agents receive paid training and licensing support before being deployed. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales presentations, recommend appropriate products, and close new sales. Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a schedule client‑defined schedule. Respond promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans. Keep accurate records, account for money collected, and process policy paperwork. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Customer service experience. Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage. Dependable vehicle for daily travel. Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening. Authorization to work in the United States. Preparation & Training Free access to study tools and professional guidance for licensing exams. Onboarding development program including self‑study, classroom instruction, and field mentoring by the Sales Manager. Earn a paycheck while learning the profession through hands‑on experience.
