### Requirements

✔ Active Washington RN License **or** Multistate Compact RN License
✔ Minimum **3 Years of Medical-Surgical Nursing Experience**
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ Current ACLS Certification
✔ Current NIHSS Certification
✔ Washington State 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Training (Required)
✔ Nursys License Verification Required
✔ Willingness to Float to Other Departments as Needed
✔ Experience with **Meditech EMR** preferred

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
* Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
* Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using **Meditech EMR**.
* Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
* Float to other departments as assigned to support patient care needs.
