Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager (Volunteer) will play a key role in shaping and maintaining

Rebuild-A-B’s online voice across Instagram & Facebook. This position is ideal for individuals

seeking meaningful nonprofit experience, students pursuing communications or marketing, or

professionals who wish to contribute their skills to a mission driven organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule weekly content aligned with organizational goals
  • Create graphics, captions, and shortform video content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Engage with followers and relevant online communities
  • Monitor basic analytics to support growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management or content creation
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram & Facebook
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Interest in women’s health, cancer survivorship, or nonprofit work
  • Reliability, professionalism, and collaborative spirit
