Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Garland, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an over-the-road (OTR) opportunity with competitive pay and reliable equipment? Join American Trucking Group, where we provide dry van routes with great mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with dry van loads primarily consisting of automotive materials.
- Most operations involve 70% drop and hook, minimizing wait times at docks.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
- Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
- After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
