As National Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team focused on expanding Danfoss' presence with end-user customers across the United States and Canada while collaborating closely with colleagues in Mexico. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, customer loyalty, and long-term strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share across the food retail and convenience store segment.
• Build strategic partnerships with end-user customers by identifying business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions from the Danfoss Climate Solutions portfolio.
• Drive regional sales strategy execution to achieve ambitious revenue, profitability, and customer growth objectives across North America.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales excellence, and cross-functional teams to translate market insights into customer-focused strategies and business opportunities.
• Expand Danfoss' presence in the end-user market by developing new customer relationships, strengthening account plans, and creating sustainable growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success selling technical products or solutions within refrigeration, HVAC/R, food retail, convenience store, or related industrial markets.
• Experience leading, coaching, or influencing sales teams while driving business growth and customer engagement.
• Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends , customer needs, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and make sound commercial decisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% across North America and internationally as needed.

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000.
