Bilingual Mortgage Customer Service Rep I

Planet Home Lending, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual to resolve borrower inquiries on current mortgage loans received via inbound/outbound calls in the customer’s preferred language. You will research issues, update servicing notes, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
