2nd Family Home Care is seeking dependable overnight Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for 12-hour night shifts in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities.

Our caregivers provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to seniors who need support and supervision during overnight hours.

Your Responsibilities

As an overnight caregiver, you may:

• Assist clients with bedtime and morning routines
• Provide overnight supervision and companionship
• Help with toileting, incontinence care, and personal hygiene
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Respond promptly to client needs throughout the night
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
• Communicate important observations to our care coordination team

This is an awake, working overnight position. Caregivers must remain attentive and available to assist clients throughout the scheduled shift.

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of caregiving, with reasonable accommodation when applicable
