Sanford Health seeks an RN Diabetes Educator to provide expert diabetes self-management education to patients and families across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop individualized education plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize glycemic control and prevent complications. You will lead classes, support technology use such as insulin pumps and CGMs, document in the EHR, and contribute to quality improvement.
