• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a multi-craft environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
