What You’ll Do
- Lead the customer experience by training and reinforcing CR processes
- Drive improvement through regular meetings and action plans with leadership
- Build powerful follow‑up systems that keep customers returning
- Stay sharp on product knowledge to support accurate communication
- Boost appointments using CRM tools and strong phone skills
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Generate traffic through proactive outreach to all lead sources
