Operations/Service Manager II

As a leader of the store team, you will manage overall operations, serve as a role model for associates, reinforce the company’s Core Values, build strong teams and partnerships, and drive business results. You’ll coach, train, and develop Cashiers, Customer Service Supervisors, Receiving team members, and Receiving Supervisors, ensuring associates deliver excellent customer service and professionalism. A Day In The Life Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance with company policies, asset protection, sales, and record‑keeping procedures. Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and ensure smooth customer flow at registers. Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs. Oversee the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) and partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), setting the leadership example for customers and associates and driving store results. Support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning. Assist in managing other store operations areas as needed. Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams. You'll Come With 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium‑to‑large multi‑unit retail organization. A flexible work schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Experience with scheduling and reporting computer software.
