High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree = bonus points CPR certified One or more of the following: Nationally accredited PT certification B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology 1–2 years as a Personal Trainer Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness) Consultative sales experience — We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!
