Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Plainfield, NJ. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active New Jersey COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising OTR and document patient progress according to facility policy.
• Client requirement: scheduled to work a 5x8 day pattern with typical hours of 08:30–16:30 and a 30-minute meal period.
• Client preference: experience with geriatric populations and common SNF equipment such as adaptive seating, orthotic devices, and ADL training tools preferred.

• Guaranteed hours note: scheduled 40 hours; guaranteed 36 hours per client guidance.
