Legal Records Specialist: FDCPA/FCRA & Court Actions

PRA Group

PRA GROUP, INC. in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a qualified individual responsible for reviewing accounts and documents within the legal and bankruptcy processes. This role includes representing the company at court hearings and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The right candidate will have an Associate's Degree or related experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in FDCPA and FCRA. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are critical. #J-18808-Ljbffr
