• Facilitate patient care along a continuum through effective resource coordination.
• Assist patients in achieving optimal health and accessing care.
• Manage the medical necessity process to ensure accurate and timely payment for services.
• Negotiate with payers on a case-by-case basis to ensure appropriate utilization of resources.
