Casual Sales Ambassador - Dallas Galleria

Weekly: 4-19 hours Responsibilities Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience by listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions. Demonstrate the unique benefits and features of products to help customers have a memorable experience. Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values such as Anti‑Animal Testing, Fresh Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, Vegetarian, Handmade, and Bare­no‑Packaging. Share these values through shop conversations and community initiatives. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date on ingredients and benefits to make informed recommendations for every customer. Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Assess performance, seek feedback, and pursue growth opportunities for yourself and the team. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, actively listen to team perspectives on DEIB, and foster a sense of belonging through collaboration and recognition. Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Take breaks as needed and stay informed about company news and updates. Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Stock and Inventory: Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real‑time based on sales trends. Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health & safety. Qualifications Required Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business. Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Under‑age candidates (18‑year‑old) will be employed through the Lush Youth Employment Program in accordance with local regulations. Preferred Experience with consultation‑based customer service. Strong problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day operations. Team‑environment experience. Experience in skincare or cosmetics. Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training. Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
