As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Posting ExternalPrimary ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement an integrated “always on” marketing strategy for The Goods to bring traffic in store and online.Evaluate market opportunity and provide recommendations on how best to reach targeted shoppers to achieve business goals and objectives.Collaborate with Marketing and other internal and external resources to create retail campaigns and marketing assets.Lead online customer strategy to support the desired customer buying experience.Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders and community engagement.Establish marketing KPIs for the store and monitor, evaluate and report on the success of marketing strategies and programs.Develop and manage marketing budget for The Goods.Develop marketing plans and collaborate with business leaders to bring effective marketing tactics to each brand.Lead the overall strategy of brand websites providing guidance to optimize the user’s experience.Support the recruiting marketing needs of the businesses.Oversee marketing projects and manage associated timelines and deliverables to drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the department.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications), along with 5-7 related experience. Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDOccasional travel (0-5%)Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations with demonstrated success.Excellent written and verbal communications.Excellent grammar.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced Marketing team.Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience developing and managing budgets.Experience hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel.This position is on-site at the New Bremen, OH location.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
