Job Summary: The SAP Application Owner will drive end-to-end success of warehousing, and outbound logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role owns the functional design, deployment, and long-term sustainability of SAP EWM, ShipERP, Conveyor Systems like Numina and Transportation Management like OTM and integrated inventory-to-shipment flows. The Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Finance, and logistics stakeholders to ensure material movement strategies support scalable, compliant, and efficient operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

\n

\n

• Lead relevant workstream processes including inventory management, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery execution.

\n

• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process owners; translate the business requirements into functional and technical specifications

\n

• Communicate with key stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and provide project updates on scope and schedules; ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process

\n

• Willingness to learn related applications and integration technologies that contribute to the end-to-end process integration with SAP

\n

• Gather and document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing; create and maintain documentation on SAP manufacturing business processes

\n

• Performs business process mapping using standard methodologies

\n

• Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of developments in SAP manufacturing processes and related areas to recommend innovations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the business

• Own SAP EWM solution design including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse flows.

\n

• Lead ShipERP integration for carrier selection, labeling, and shipmentexecution.

\n

• Define material movement strategies aligned with physical warehouseoperations.

\n

• Lead global SAP deployments through design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.

\n

• Build and lead onshore and offshore SAPanalyst teams.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

\n

• 15+ years SAP experience with deep logistics expertise is preferred or 2 full deployment cycles with application integration experience.

\n

• Proven SAP S/4HANA delivery leadership experience.

\n

• Proven experience leading teams and supporting ERP or enterprise application implementations and migrations.

\n

• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus, self-motivated, and internally driven

• Ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and to coordinate with other process expertsto resolve integrated issues

• Naturally curious with a love of learning, and demonstrated application of new learning
