Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations ensuring quality person-centered care. This role includes patient assessments, development of care plans, and hands-on care in patient homes. • Current unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Experience in home care or facility
• Infusion skills – Peripheral IV starts, line care, and medication administration
• Sharp assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
