Full Time- set schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
(Benefits for full time employees)
Benefit goes 'live' on day one- Mileage Reimbursement (when driving for client-related purposes)
- Company pays 50% of a medical plan
- Company pays 100% of $25,000.00 life insurance
- Company pays 100% of the Employee Assistance Program
- Company sponsored medical, dental & vision plans for self or dependents
- Company pays a bonus for shifts worked on a company-approved holiday
- Company pays up to 40 hours of accrued sick time per year
What you'll do:
- Transport client to and from program activities
- Support clients in community settings such as parks, libraries, stores, and other public venues
- Implement individualized service plans focused on social skills, communication, community integration, and safety awareness
- Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene and mobility support when necessary
- Promote independence and encourage client participation in meaningful activities
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members, as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each individual at all times
- Assist with redirecting and managing behaviors

- Have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs
- Have a passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect.
- Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs
- Are comfortable working independently in the community
- Are a strong communicator and dependable.
- Are reliable, patient, and committed to person-centered care
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Can follow individualized support plans and provide direct care when needed
