Our team is passionate about delivering genuine hospitality, expert product knowledge, and memorable customer experiences. Position Summary As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Emilia George. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping families find products that fit their needs. This role combines sales, merchandising, operations, and relationship building to create an inviting and inspiring shopping experience. Responsibilities Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm. Build genuine relationships with customers through personalized service. Recommend products based on each family’s lifestyle and needs. Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling. Maintain expert knowledge of apparel, baby gear, strollers, gifts, and featured brands. Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS. Assist with gift wrapping, special orders, and customer requests. Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays. Support visual merchandising updates and promotional floor sets. Receive and process shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the boutique. Assist with in‑store events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. Follow all company policies and provide a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Passion for working with families and creating memorable customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a team‑first mentality. Comfortable learning about premium baby products, apparel, and accessories. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
