We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, who care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world.Job DescriptionAs a Financial Systems Analyst you will join the Oracle Financial Systems Center of Excellence team responsible for the managing, administrating, enhancing, and training of the Oracle Finance Systems ecosystem. Act as a subject matter expert in Financial Systems, Business Processes, and project management. This role involves leveraging these expertise's to provide financial systems knowledge, financial systems configuration, as well as managing prioritized projects, driving process improvements, performing root cause analysis, resolving complex issues, creating documentation, conducting testing, and providing ongoing production systems support. Role & Responsibilities Ability to provide functional and technical services to our Finance and Business stakeholders, as well as play a pivotal role in requirements definition, design, implementation, and support of our overall Oracle Cloud Financials Application. This includes:Support various accounting, finance, and reporting system related projects as a project manager and from a business owner perspectivePerform requirement identification, configuration set up, user acceptance testing, and production implementation from a process and operational standpointAssist business in the daily management of the ERP/EPM system and researching and developing future enhancements and system capabilities.Manage and oversee configuration migrations between difference instances and environmentsDevelop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials Provide subject matter expertise on ERP and EPM related activitiesImplement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process.SOX compliance and responding to audits, including working with internal and external audit teams.Through financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and auditsProvide training and support to end users and other team membersParticipate in cross functional projects, acting as the financial systems leadEstablish rapport and build cooperative working relationships with relevant internal and external partiesAct as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensurefinancial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controlsContribute to the leadership team for the development and improvement of accounting and finance technologies. Skills Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or similar fields working in finance systemsBasic understanding of Accounting and Finance related conceptsAbility to communicate clearly with the business, IT, and foreign subsidiary teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedDisplay ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work by established deadlinesHighly enthusiastic, analytical, methodical, and disciplined in natureAbility to adapt and adjust to unexpected circumstancesAbility to multitask and proactively research remediations to questions or problems as they arise Work Experience & Qualifications 1-3 years of Functional Financial Systems experience1- 3 years of experience working with Oracle Financials from a functional standpoint, preferred (Oracle Cloud Experience, preferred)Experience with some of the following Oracle ERP and or EPM modules: FAH, General Ledger, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM and PCM (Preferred)Experience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting (Preferred)Understanding of Oracle modules configurations, and integrations pointsExperience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problemsCollege degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, or MISPreferred ExperiencePL/SQL skillsInsurance experience The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. The rate of compensation offered will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
