Location: Falcon Farms (Coppell, TX)

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in shipping/receiving or similar role (Required)
• Language: Bilingual - English and Spanish (Required)
• Work Authorization: Must have valid work permit

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (schedule subject to change)
• Flexibility to work weekends is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Scan inbound and outbound product to maintain accurate inventory records
• Track and dispatch trucks for shipping/receiving
• Receive, inspect, and unpack deliveries
• Make appointments for incoming and outgoing trucks
• Report and record damaged pallets
• Handle front desk duties and answer calls
• Manage invoices and additional expense records
• Maintain communication between the shipping and receiving departments
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, walking, stooping, pushing/pulling, etc.
• Professional and customer-service oriented
